New homes, renovations and additions – we love working on Scotland Island. The photos in the gallery are of two adjoining properties where we undertook major renovations in each, including a challenging outdoor stair design and build. All materials had to arrive by boat. We have invested in a 6 metre commercial boat (Cupcake – our floating ute which can take 600kgs a trip) and a Hilux ute we keep on Scotland Island – saving clients time and thousands of dollars in transport and parking costs.
